At this point, ReFormula Role Play Club is complimentary for all agents & brokers.
Who can become a club member?
All licensed real estate salespersons & licensed brokers
wishing to find role play partners & schedule role play sessions.
In order to keep this Club at high levels of integrity & professionalism,
please read the Club Rules of Engagement:
[/li][li]Make sure to list an accurate role play phone # on your profile.
[/li][li]All role play cancelations must take place 24 hours before the session (via message to partner on forum platform).
[/li][li]Role playing sessions must be conducted while standing up, with high energy, and positive manner.
[/li][li]Make sure you are prepared before hand with your scripts & ready to begin on time.
[/li][li]Start chanting our laud 10 minutes before the role play session begins.
[/li][li]Give your partner an honest constructive feedback. Being sensitive and thoughtful is not beneficial.
Role playing is for one purpose only: To get better. Critiquing and correcting is the right feedback.

*Please advise the Club admin (via private message to admin)
about a Any role play partner who is not following the club rules.
*Any club member with more than 3 valid complaints from other members,
will be suspended access to the club for 90 days.
*Any member accumulating 3 suspensions will be blocked permanently for
future entry to the club.
Role Play Club Recommendations:
1. Record your role play sessions & listen to them at the end of each workday.
2. Before session begins, prepare your scripts and chant them out laud.
3. If you don't like your partner (for any reason), make sure to cancel all
scheduled sessions ahead of time via club forum private message to the partner.
Honesty is the best policy. (If you are at high levels of performance and
wish to role play with partners on the same level, please be specific and
mention it on your profile).
4. To memorize scripts, the fastest way is to hand write them daily for 30 days straight.
5. When you hear an objection handle you like, make sure to record it and practice it regularly.
6. Remember, the goal is to perfect your communication skills. Stick to the goal.
7. We recommend to use the ReFormula Scripts (unless you use other scripts already),
